Berstorff establishes new subsidiary

Berstorff and the extrusion division of Krauss-Maffei are expanding their combined capabilities as suppliers ofplastics and rubber machinery with the addition of smoothing roll machinery for films and sheets.As such,Berstorff has established a new company,KMB Seide Technology,by acquiriing Adolf Seide Engineering,a suplier of smoothing roll units.
