Due to the growing amount of abrasive and corrosive ingredients in polymers as well as the continuous increase in twin-screw exruder perforamnce,there is a need for higher standards o resistance to wear. Battengeld has developed a BEXalit coating,which together with the optimised screw geometry of 28D,is said to provide a solution.
