PolyOne set to acquire ColorMatrix for $486m

Colourant specialist PolyOne plans to acquire ColorMatrix Group for $486121. According to PolyOne,ColorMatrix had sales in liquid colourants, additives and fluoropolymers of nearly 5197m, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA)of $43.6m in the twelve months ended last 30 June.
