Faith is studying for her NVQ Level 3 Engineering Technical Support and BTEC HNC in Manufacturing Engineering, with aspirations of further studies to become a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Her current roles involve management of the introduction of selected new projects into the business from concept to production; advanced product quality planning; project monitoring against time and budget, and defining manufacturing processes to reduce cost of manufacture. To perform these tasks she has been trained in and acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out and imple- ment the range of analytical disciplines required.
