The costs of recycling plastics packaging in Germany under the DSD system have fallen sharply over the 10 years since its formation,the organisation says.In 1997,each tonne of recovered plastics required the expenditure of Euro397 compared with a figure of just Euro100 last year,excluding close to home collection and subsequent sorting costs.
