Experience remains the watchword at Sekisui Alveo,the Swiss-based European arm of the Japanese owned continuous cross linked polyolefin foam maker.Ceo Jean-Pierre Sormani,who retired earlier this year,had not only served 30 years with the firm-he had actually set it up in Europe.His successor,Igor Allinckx,has himself completed 16 years and sees no need to reinvent the wheel,he says.
