Byung Chae Cho, M.D., has updated his previous reports on surgical correction of the cleft nasal deformity in Asian patients, concluding that "a reverse-U incision with V-Y plasty was effective in correcting the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity in preschool and school-aged children" and that "the proposed procedure is recommended for a slight overcorrection." I congratulate the author for his continued follow-up of his patients and his willingness to submit his clinical results for peer review
