Twenty First Century Communications (TFCC) has been the leader in outage call handling since 1989. TFCC provides its High Volume Call Answering (HVCA) and other powerful services to 80 major utility companies, covering 70% of American households. TFCC is pleased to introduce a new system feature for utilities. Outage Update is a simple, affordable automated messaging service, designed to back up the utility's call handling in times of increased or spiking call traffic, such as storm outages.
