The 2nd Biennial Eurasian Colorectal Technologies Association (ECTA) Meeting.

In Turin, where every stone has historical significance, the 2nd biennial meeting of ECTA-new technologies in colorectal surgery-took place from June 15 to 18. Many surgeons from all over the world, the majority from Europe and Asia, took part in this important meeting. People of different races with different religious backgrounds and traditions gathered with one purpose: to share their achievements in colorectal surgery and to improve the results of treatment. The topics of the congress included colorectal cancer treatment, hemorrhoids, obstructed defecation syndrome (ODS), anal incontinence and fistulas.
