摘要

Bleb needling with mitomycin-C can efficiently revive a failed glaucoma filtration procedure with less risk than more invasive alternatives. Needling may also improve the morphology of blebs preventing long-term complications. The authors describe a technique to needle a failed glaucoma filtration procedure with high-dose mitomycin-C that successfully maintains long-term filtration with few complications.
