The 2012 in-cosmetics Asia welcomed a record number of visitors through its doors last November, seeing an increase of 45% compared to the flood-affected 2011 show. In a region that is now becoming a clear focus for big cosmetics brands, Thailand provided the perfect backdrop to in-cosmetics Asia 2012, which attracted a pre-audit figure of 5,598 visitors (figures from Storm Communications/Reed Exhibitions) over the course of three days. 3,463 visitors came from Thailand, and 2,135 delegates travelled across Asia and the rest of the world to discover innovative ingredients, formulations and an unparalleled educational programme.
