Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) is associated with very few complications, which include abdominal hernia, peritonitis, processus vaginalis, pleural leakage, and those related to the catheter exit site (1). Few cases have been reported of complications associated with leakage of peritoneal fluid. Although the incidence of leakage of peritoneal fluid varies, it is described in up to 5% of patients on CAPD (2-4). We report a case of a woman who experienced vaginal leakage during CAPD.
