A 46-year-oLd male had end-stage renal disease and was prepared for peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement. He had a history of Left inguinal hernia .and had received conventional open hernioplasty with mesh 20 years previously. A right inguinal hernia, reducible and 4 cm atthe longest axis, was palpable during a physical examination. We performed concomitant laparo-scopic PD catheter placement and hernioplasty for him.
