Retroperitoneal hematoma in a peritoneal dialysis patient on oral anticoagulant treatment.

Complications of anticoagulant therapy in chronic kidney disease are well known (1). We present a peritoneal dialysis patient on chronic anticoagulant therapy with acenocumarol who suffered a spontaneous retroperito-neal hemorrhage (SRH) due to intrarenal bleeding.
