Washington - Dow Chemical Co has indicated it will appeal to the Supreme Court to overturn a fine and compensation for price-fixing in polyurethane bought as part of a class action. After the company was fined $1.1bn for its part in a urethane antitrust conspiracy it launched an appeal in the 10th Circuit Appeals Court.
