Liming launches high-performance PU for load-bearing wheels

Luoyang, Henan - Liming Research Institute of Chemical Industry announced in April it has completed the development of new polyure-thane materials designed for use in load-bearing wheels. The new materials have a 120°C operating temperature compared with a 80°C operating temperature for typical PU materials, and also have a 20% lower tread temperature under the same load condition. This is the first time a Chinese company has developed such high-performance elastic PU, Liming said.
