Uiscussing fact that Chemluru's US operations are in Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, Hellstein said the ceo Craig Rogerson has been open about what led up to the decision to take this route. Chapter 11 was, "the right decision for Chemtura as a whole," Hellstern said. "I would emphasise that this Chaptei 11 is for the US opetations only, and other Chemtura operations are not affected at all," Hellstern said.
