ISOPA GAINS FRANK AS NEW SECRETARY-GENERAL

Brussels -Dr Wolfram Frank, formerly of Elastogran, succeeded Mike Jeffs as secretary general of ISOPA - the European diisocyanate and polyol producers association - on 1 April 2008. Jeffs, who has been in the role since August 2002, retired at the end of March.
