FAURECIA TO ESTABLISH TWO PLANTS IN RUSSIA

Nanterre, France - Automotive supplier Faurecia SA plans to invest ?30 million ($38.1 million) in building two plants for vehicle parts in Russian city of Kaluga, the country's automobile cluster. The first plant will produce exhaust systems for combustion engines, while the second will make interior parts. The plants will create over 300 new jobs initially, with production scheduled to start in the first half of 2012. Nanterre-based Faurecia already has a plant in Russia, in Nizhny Novgorod, which produces bumpers for Renault cars.
