Wickliffe, Ohio - Lubrizol Corp. has announced that it has acquired the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) business of Dow Chemical Co. This acquisition, structured as a sale and purchase of assets, will expand Lubrizoi's Estane Engineered Polymers business, according to an 18 Dec statement from Lubrizol.
