Logstor changes hands

LOGSTOR,DENMARK-Pipe insulating group Logstor,formed in 2005 by combining two leading manufacturers of pre-insulated pipes,has been sold by investment companies Axcel,Polaris and FIH to Montagu Private Equity,for an undisclosed amount.
