STOCKHOLM -Trelleborg AB plans to acquire Reeves Brothers Inc.for about 178 million to expand its manufacturing arm significantly,especially in the US and China.The purchase,through Trelleborg's Engineered System business,will make the company a global leader in developing and manufacturing polymer-coated fabrics,including rubber,polyurethane and silicone,according to a company spokeswoman.
