Uranium City Resource INC: new reserve from an old field

URANIUM City Resources (UCR:TSX) is a junior uranium exploration company with ten uranium projects located in the past-producing Uranium City Mining District (UCMD - see map), located on the northern margin of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada. The UCMD produced nearly 70 Mlb of uranium from 1950 until 1982, when plummeting uranium prices led to the suspension of mining activities. The 16 past-producing mines of the UCMD produced uranium from a combination of open-pit and underground mining.
