MOSCOW, Russia (Dec. 16,2013) Vadim Voevodkin was appointed vice president for Exploration of LUKOIL Overseas. Since 2002 he has been the head of the geological departments of Bitech-Silur and LUKOIL-Perm. His predecessor, Anatoly Katoshin, was appointed adviser to the president of LUKOIL Overseas.
