SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Branch Company had succeeded in testing the PTA process through oxidation by oxygen-enriched air to raise the Company's level of PTA production to a higher rung.The crucial step for the oxidation process with oxygen-enriched air is how to add the surplus pure oxygen into the air feed to increase the oxygen content in the air mixture so that the PTA output can be boosted.
