TO THE EDITOR:We read the recent published article about the PSA-level change after flexible cystoscopy with great interest. We had published our results earlier on a similar topic. Prostate-specific antigen concentration was measured before and after RD, whereas perineal prostate biopsy and rigid cystoscopy were performed 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 24 hours after manipulation.
