Thank you for your Letter to the Editor congratulating us for the results obtained in our study. Indeed, intravesical prostatic protrusion (IPP) as a predictor for the response to GC-blocker treatment in patients with bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) due to benign prostatic enlargement (BPE) can be a useful tool in the management of these patients, aiding us in deciding which treatment would most appropriate for a certain patient.
