A review convering the 1998-2002 retrofits realized at the 750-ton/day ammonia plant, improvements in steam economy, reduction of stack gas temperature to 170 deg C, water savings due to pressure degassing and full recircualtion of technological condensate, and drying of fresh synthesis gas on molecular sieves.
