摘要

A classical analysis of the change of energy associated with the electron transition in the hydrogen atom has been presented. A coupling of that change with the electric field in the atom gives the formula for the electron transition time different solely by a factor of 2π from the time expression obtained before on the basis of a quantum-theoretical reasoning.
