THE MARKET OF CRUSHED STONE IN UKRAINE

The situation in the market of crushed stone in the country is analyzed in the article. The authors analyze issues of raw stock for crushed stone production, geological conditions of its mining in the country, requirements to the output, its kinds, and production by regions of Ukraine. The material pays special attention to forms of ownership of crushed stone producers and structure of its production. Main traders of crushed stone, prices for the output and its shipment, as well as system of sales are analyzed by the authors. The authors also consider state of crushed stone export from Ukraine to 15 countries of the world. Belarus, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, and Russian Federation are leaders of Ukrainian-made crushed stone import. Special heed herewith is paid to Russian Federation. The article concludes that demand for crushed stone increases due to growth of construction industry and general development of economics in Ukraine.
