Business project Quadro-Kotnar has been accomplished for the eighth year already. Its initial purpose consisted in manufacturing of wine for export to Russia. The first enterprise of the project (Quadro LLC) was created in 1993. During their search of place to start manufacturing investors had contacts with Beregovo cannery that once had had commercial relations with Russian Federation. OJSC joint venture Kotnar was established in 1997 to solve new tasks. Joint Ukrainian-Gibraltar company was created due to investments of Quadro LLC and a foreign firm. They invested approximately USD 14 mn over the past time. Invested resources allowed to renovate and reconstruct lines of bottling, equipment to produce sparkling wines, and to purchase fleet of vehicles.
