Time Of Changes

Mentioning of Mozambique in the press has been having a positive resonance as of late. Judging by the fact that the economic growth in the postwar country annually ranks 5-6 percent, its government has been apparently sparing no effort in order to safeguard a positive outcome of the implemented reforms. People returning from a trip to Mozambique state that the changes in the economy of the country can even be perceived judging by the roads, (the changes have been so profound that even the quality of roads improved). New houses, though not of the most luxurious quality, but of solid build nevertheless, are being constructed not only in the capital city but reaching out beyond its limits, in small cities and separate villages.
