-Economy of Ukraine has been confidently leading among the CIS and European countries by rate of growth for the last few years. What is the reason of such phenomenon?- It is really so. System economic reform that is being conducted over 12 years has already started to fruit well. Necessary conditions for the country's entering the trajectory of durable and stable economic development have been created by now. We can say that the year 2000 has become a watershed in this respect. Actual GDP growth by 7 percent per year in average has been witnessed since this year. Ukraine has been among the top European countries by rates of economic development for four running years.
