Keystone, JaxPort duke it out in FL courtroom; decision likely near

Keystone Coal and the Jacksonville Port Authority squared off in a Florida courtroom this past week in an eminent domain case that is capturing nationwide attention. The Jacksonville Port Authority wants to condemn 65 acres of waterfront land (once a Jefferson Smurfit paper plant) that Key-stone purchased in September 2005.
