Murray to parlay Lila Canyon, Andalex into prime Utah asset

Figuring he can parlay his Lila Canyon mine into added opportunities to flourish, Bob Murray has, as expected, purchased An-dalex Resources, a major Utah coal supplier. Murray obtained from Andalex Hungary Management LTD all the shares of the coal producing company and its four subsidiaries. Murray's Utah American Energy will own and operate the properties. Two of the mines are co-owned with the Intermountain Power Agency, which is managed by the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power.
