CONSOL hopeful temporary sealing of Buchanan last step before re-entry

CONSOL Energy plans to begin sealing the Buchanan mine in compliance with a recent safety agency requirement. The work, which CONSOL said, is considered a final step prior to re-entry, is being done in order to ensure that the mine atmosphere is inert and incapable of supporting combustion.
