'Joe Czul' a hit in Aruba with bullish (for now) met coal prognostication

The messenger was an imposter, but the message was clear. U.S coking coal producers are in the driver's seat - for a while; at least. Shake Tiller, son of the Texas Plains, stood in for the infinitely brighter, handsomer Joe Czul, who was unable to attend the recent CoalTrans Americas conference in Aruba. Czul, president of Logan & Kanawha Coal, probably was dizzy from recent events in the metallurgical coal markets. But Joe put together a strong presentation. U.S. met coal exporters are being sweet talked in 2005, and it probably will be at least another year before prom invitations and the like decline.
