Oxbow Mining takes UP, BNSF to federal court in lawsuit over alleged price fixing

Oxbow Mining filed suit in federal court against Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe, accusing the two railroads of fixing prices via fuel surcharges Oxbow says are bogus.
