If iffy steam market starts booming good to iffy

When the big steam market that the bulls are predicting hits later this quarter or early next year, expect more transportation woes to hit with it. A transportation source told Coal & Energy that some of the bugs that plagued the railroads last winter have been worked out and - barring last winter's near-record snowfalls - the railroads should be in good shape to handle "normal traffic."
