Syntroleum to transfer to NASDAQ Capital Market

Syntroleum Corp. announced that the Listing Qualifications Staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market has granted the company's request to transfer the listing of Syntroleum's common stock from The NASDAQ Global Market to The NASDAQ Capital Market, effective with the open of trading on March 31. The company will continue to trade under its existing symbol, SYNM. Syntroleum owns the Syntroleum Process for Fischer-Tropsch conversion of synthesis gas derived from coal, biomass, natural gas and other carbon-based feedstocks into liquid hydrocarbons.
