Duke Energy must lead utility industry to low-carbon

Duke Energy must play a key leadership role in reinventing the electric utility industry in 2008, according to Jim Rogers, the company's chairman, president and CEO, who addressed about 200 shareholders during Duke's annual meeting on May 8.
