Though no one is prepared to proclaim the global steel industry is on the verge of full recovery, there are signs that better days lie ahead. A Coal & Energy source said business around the world is slowly improving, and noted that one positive development might be a desire by European buyers to begin finalizing term contracts for coal sooner than originally expected.
