Management team time analysisallows each member of a management team to broadly analyse and manage their time in terms of reporting up, communicating with peers, delivering their professional expertise and managing their team. Figure 1 provides a useful overview of the system. It can be used by the team to compare the time allocation profiles of each member to determine if there are any anomalies or lessons to be learned. It is also a last resort tool when the team is underperforming for no apparent reason.
