The natural gas-to-acetylene project at SINOPEC Sichuan Vinylon Works (SVW) had passed the acceptance examination on December 10,2004.Completion of the project construction has expanded the production capacity at SVW,while raising on a higher rung the overall market competitiveness and risk response ability of this enterprise.
