The CQI'S Chief Executive says the recent ASQ research into the global state of quality didn't go far enough-I welcome ASQ's recent Global State of Quality research but it could've been more effective if it addressed its questions to a wider target. It's clear to us at the CQI that quality and the quality profession has a visibility problem and while some sectors get quality, the majority of business neither understands nor appreciates the value that properly competent quality professionals can generate.
