According to the organization, untapped resources for boards include older, experienced executives who can bring vast experience, while senior public service figures can also offer a valuable source of expertise. The FSP is ultimately hoping to help employers utilize experienced personnel to a greater extent in a move that is designed to enhance UK industry.
