A lack of trust in senior managers resulting from redundancy procedures could threaten UK pic's recovery from the recession, claims research conducted for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.A survey conducted by YouGov found that 81% of employees surveyed believe that senior managers need to improve trust in their leadership. 70% of employees say that redundancy has damaged their morale and 22% are looking to change jobs when the market improves as a result.
