Prospects for another bumper year for managers of tax-effective agricultural investment schemes have firmed with one big player, Timbercorp, selling out its new 30 million dollar avocado project just over a week after it went on the market and othersreporting strong sales. But the increasing likelihood the market will jump to a new record of around 1.2 billion dollar this financial year has coincided with a stinging attack by WA Agriculture Minister Kim Chance on aggressive expansion into mainstream agriculture.
