TalkTalk admits failing information security test as hackers strike

TalkTalk displayed a disregard for the safety of its customers' data, according to security experts analysing the fallout of the recent hacking attack. On 21 October the company was hit by its third security breach this year, after its website was hacked. The telecom firm said customers' personal information, including banking details, was exposed.
