F or too long, quality has been seen as a discon nected set of tactical tools.The result has been a loss of strategic focus. But strategic quality is about facilitating the continuous development of the organisation, its culture and its ability to learn and grow in order to be sustainable. It's about real-world effectiveness in delivering what is intended, not checking outputs and documents. It is about assessing organisational competence and an organisation's ability to effectively manage and assess its strategic objectives.
